EQT Corporation’s $1.75 Billion Senior Notes Offering

EQT Corporation executed the public offering of $1.0 billion in aggregate principal amount of EQT’s 6.125% Senior Notes due 2025 and $750 million in aggregate principal amount of EQT’s 7.000% Senior Notes due 2030.
