Shearman & Sterling advised Energía del Pacífico in its sale of a 25.1 percent stake in Peruvian power generation companies Kallpa Generación and Samay I to Nautilus Inkia Holdings, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital.
The deal is valued at $341.8 million.
Energía del Pacífico S.A. generates and transmits electricity in Peru. The company was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Lima
Shearman & Sterling advised Energía del Pacífico with a team including Jonathan Kellner (Picture) (São Paulo-Corporate) and Denise Grant (New York-Project Development & Finance) led the team that advised the seller. The deal was signed on October 16 and closed on October 19.
