Empresa de Transmissão Baiana S.A.’s $195 Million Notes Offering

Empresa de Transmissão Baiana S.A. (ETB), operating as a subsidiary of Alupar, executed a $195 million notes offering.

Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. acted as initial purchaser on the offering.

ETSE – Empresa de Transmissão Serrana S.A. engages in the transmission of electricity by planning, deploying, building, operating, and maintaining the electric energy transmission infrastructure, under a concession agreement.
