Empresa de Energía del Pacífico S.A. E.S.P. – Epsa, operating as a subsidiary of Celsia, secured authorization to issue $146 Million Green Bonds on the local market.

Corporación Financiera Internacional and Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional S.A. acted as underwriters on the offering.

Proceeds will be used to finance the development of Celsia Solar Yumbo plant; Celsia Solar Bolívar Celsia Solar Chicamocha and Celsia Solar Valledupar.

Empresa de Energia del Pacifico SA E.S.P. generates, transmits, distributes and markets electricity in Colombia. The company, led by

Ricardo Andres Sierra Fernandez and

Alonso David Galindo in 2017 recorded $580 Million revenues.
