Elanor Commercial Property Fund’s Initial Public Offering


Baker McKenzie acted for Elanor Commercial Property Fund (ECPF) on its successful listing on the ASX today.

ECPF invests in commercial property across Australia worth approximately AUD 300 million (approx. US$205.23 million).

ECPF’s Portfolio currently encompasses six investment grade properties across Australia in Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.with a well-diversified tenant mix including a number of leading companies.

The issue was fully underwritten by Moelis & Company, Shaw and Partners, and Ord Minnett.
