EDP Renováveis Brasil S.A. finalized the acquisition of five wind farm projects in Brazile form Elawan Energy, S.L.

EDP Renováveis Brasil S.A. is engaged in the generation, transmission, and sale of electricity from hydraulic or mini-hydraulic, wind, solar, solar thermal, photovoltaic, biomass, and waste resources in Brazil. The company was founded in 2007 and is based in São Paulo.

Elawan develops, constructs and operates wind farms in the world’s leading wind energy markets.
