DXC Technology Company €650 Million Senior Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the registered offering by DXC Technology Company of €650 million aggregate principal amount of 1.750% senior notes due 2026.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets, MUFG, Mizuho Securities and RBC Capital Markets acted as Joint Bookrunners.
