DP World Group’s Corporae reorganization in Perù

DP World Perú S.R.L., operating as a subsidiary of DP World Group, completed the reorganization of its activities in Perù in 3 different busines units Triton Transports S.A. for engaged in in-land transportation services; Neptunia S.A. engaged in logistic sercies and Terminales Portuarios Euroandinos Paita S.A.

DP World has expanded operations in Latin America in recent years, offering to buy Pulogsa in Chile for $503 million and acquiring Cosmos in Peru for $316 million

The company also took full control of Embraport at the port of Santos in Brazil in December 2017 and signed a 50-year PPP contract for the Posorja terminal in Ecuador.
