DILA Capital’s $3.4 Million acquisition of Resuelve tu Deuda (RTD / CAT60)

DILA Capital executed its $3.4 million acquisition of an interest in Resuelve tu Deuda (RTD / CAT60).

Contestually, Resuelve tu Deuda secured a $19.1 million loan from Alloy Merchant Partners.

Dila Capital operates as a venture capital investment company. The Company invests in real estate, online ticket booking, pet supply stores, apparels, and courier delivery sector companies. Dila Capital serves customers in Mexico.

Alloy Merchant Finance is a cross-border finance company created to meet the growth capital needs of middle market and small companies in Mexico and the United States.
