WPP and Dario Alberto Straschnoy were long time partners in several Latin American jurisdictions. After a long negotiation, WPP group and Darío Alberto Straschnoy entered into agreements to terminate their partnership in companies headquartered in Argentine, Chile and Brazil.
As part of the agreement, some deals were signed: Y&R Inversiones Publicitarias S.A. acquired 49% stake in Burson Marsteller S.A., Young & Rubicam S.A. and Wunderman Cato Johnson from FSD S.A. and Darío Alberto Straschnoy in Argentina;
Inversiones CI S.A. acquired the stakes in Action Line Chile S.A. held by Darío Alberto Straschnoy in Chile;
Young & Rubicam International, Bates Latin America Holdings Ltda. and PTR Comunicações Ltda. sold its 51% stake in Action Line Telemarketing do Brasil S.A. to Darío Alberto Straschnoy in Brazil.
