Norton Rose Fulbright has acted for the sponsors (CWP and Partners Group) on all aspects of the development, construction and financing of the 135MW Crudine Ridge Wind Farm near Mudgee, NSW.
Crudine Ridge Wind Farm has been developed by leading renewables developer, CWP Renewables in conjunction with Partners Group; under their newly formed Grassroots Renewable Energy Platform. The project will be constructed by a consortium of GE and Zenviron. The debt financing has been provided by Clean Energy Finance Corporation, SMBC and Westpac.
