CPI Property Group’s Acquisition Of Moniuszki 1A Building In Warsaw

CPI Property Group (CPI), the largest commercial property owner in the Czech Republic, Berlin and CEE region, executed the acquisition of the Moniuszki 1A office building in Warsaw from the Canadian investment fund – Catalyst Capital.

Moniuszki 1A office building, also known as Moniuszki Tower is located in Warsaw’s Sródmiescie district, between Nowy Swiat and Marszalkowska Avenue. The building was created in 2002. The total office space of this nineteen-storey building is 10,000 sq. m.

This is CPI’s seventh acquisition in recent six months. In October 2019 the company announced its new investment strategy, providing for greater engagement in the office market in Warsaw and commercial real estate investments of €800 million in total.
