Consortium’s Major Office Letting For L’Oréal At White City Place

Macfarlanes has advised Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo on the letting of 110,000 square feet of office space at the consortium’s Gateway development in White City Place to L’Oréal.

The deal will see L’Oréal take six floors at what will be an 11-storey, 280,000 square foot building, moving its UK and Ireland headquarters from Hammersmith after more than 20 years. The company expects to commence the move in the autumn of 2023.

L’Oréal S.A. is a French personal care company headquartered in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine with a registered office in Paris. It is the world’s largest cosmetics company and has developed activities in the field concentrating on hair colour, skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfume, and hair care.
