Compugen’s $75 Million Follow-on Offering

Compugen Ltd. did a $75 million follow-on offering of shares on the Nasdaq Global Market.

SVB Leerink and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company acted as joint bookrunning managers for the offering. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey acted as lead manager for the offering and Oppenheimer & Co. acted as co-manager for the offering.

Compugen is a clinical-stage therapeutic discovery and development company utilizing its broadly applicable, predictive computational discovery platforms to identify novel drug targets and develop therapeutics in the field of cancer immunotherapy.
