Commodus executed the acquisition of an office complex on the former AEG site near Brunnenstraße in the centre of Berlin.
The purchase was made possible by the majority takeover of the shares of a closed public fund. The purchase price is confidential.
This purchase encompasses the eastern half of the office building, which is approximately 60,000 square meters and includes a car park with 1,640 parking spaces. Commodus had previously purchased the western part of the area at Gustav-Meyer-Allee 3 in 2018. Together, the entire complex comprises a rental area of 120,000 square meters.
