Comisión Federal de Electricidad’s $460 Million Syndicated Loan

Comisión Federal de Electricidad secured $460 million syndicated loan from a banking syndicate led by BBVA Bancomer.

Comision Federal de Electricidad generates and distributes electricity. The Company offers thermoelectric, hydroelectric, coal-fired, geothermal, wind powered plants, and nuclear power plant. CFE serves customers in Mexico.

Proceeds will be used to refinance public investment in Pidiregas (“Proyectos de Inversión Diferida En El Registro del Gasto ” – Investment Projects with Deferred Expenditure Registration) projects for long-term productive infrastructure.
