Colegios Peruanos’ $68.8 Million Notes Offering

Colegios Peruanos, doing business as Innova Schools, executed its offering of $68.8 million, 5.96875% notes due 2037.

Banco Internacional del Perú (Interbank) and Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros acted as lead manager on the transaction. Credicorp Capital Bolsa and Inteligo acted as placing agents.

Colegios Peruanos S.A. (Innova Schools) is a K-12 private education company that provides an innovative educational model at affordable prices for the Peruvian emerging middle class.
