CNX Resources’ $500 Million Senior Notes Offering


Vinson & Elkins served as underwriters’ counsel in connection with CNX Resources’ $500 million offering of its 7.25% senior notes due 2027.

MUFG Securities Americas Inc. acted as initial purchaser on the offering.

The offering closed on March 14, 2019.

CNX Resources is one of the largest independent natural gas exploration, development and production companies, with operations centered in the major shale formations of the Appalachian basin.
