CNX Resources’ $200 Million Senior Notes Offering

CNX Resources Corporation (CNX) announced the pricing of US$200.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.250% senior notes due 2027 at a price of 103.5% of par with an effective yield of 6.34%. The sale of the notes to the initial purchasers is expected to settle on September 22, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

CNX Resources Corporation, an independent oil and gas company, explores for, develops, and produces natural gas properties primarily in the Appalachian Basin. The company operates through two divisions, Exploration and Production (E&P), and Midstream.
