CNS Network’s Merger With Hassman Research Institute


Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented CNS Network and Hassman Research Institute in a strategic merger to form Apex Innovative Sciences, Inc.

In the three-company M&A transaction, Apex acquired Clinical Trial Centers Alliance, which coordinates clinical trial site studies for sponsors and clinical research organizations. Bison Capital Partners V, LP, a private equity firm, participated in the formation of Apex with an equity investment.
