Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Civica on the deal.
Civica, which is backed by private equity fund, Partners Group, acquired Chameleon Information Management Services Limited and its subsidiary, Flex Software Limited, which trades as InfoFlex.
InfoFlex, a leading UK-based healthcare software specialist, has more than 40,000 users across over 130 NHS trusts. Its software integrates with existing hospital systems, across 65 clinical specialities, including cancer services, digital remote monitoring solutions, inflammatory bowel disease and endoscopy. Civica is a global business specialising in software for public services. This deal is a significant strategic investment for Civica in a key vertical market, advancing its strategy in the health sector and extending its capability in the NHS.
