City Chic Collective Limited’s £23.1 Million Acquisition Of Evans Business From Arcadia Group


Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner have advised City Chic Collective Limited (ASX:CCX) on the deal.

City Chic Collective Limited acquired, through a newly incorporated UK subsidiary, assets comprising the longstanding UK-based women’s plus sized clothing brand “Evans” and its eCommerce and wholesale business from Evans Retail Limited (in administration) and other entities with the Arcadia Group. The purchase price is approximately £23.1 million.
