Citrix’s $750 Million Notes Offering

Citrix Systems, Inc. completed the issuance of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.300% senior notes due 2030.

BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as underwriters for the offering.
