Charter Communications’ $1.5 Billion Senior Notes Offering

CCO Holdings, LLC and CCO Holdings Capital Corp., subsidiaries of Charter Communications, Inc., completed a Rule 144A add-on offering of $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.250% senior notes due 2031.

Proceeds from the add-on offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including to refinance existing indebtedness.
