Cargill’s $79.5 Million Acquisition of 40% Stake in Glucovil

Cargill acquired a majority interest in its joint venture with the Argentine agribusiness firm Ledesma.

Cargill paid $79.5 million to take control of Glucovil.

Cargill Inc is a multinational corporation. The Firm provides food, agriculture, financial and industrial products and services. The company, led by David MacLennan, in 2017 recorded $109.69 Billion revenues.

Ledesma S.A.A.I. produces and sells sugar, alcohol, fruit juice, paper, corn and grain products, and meat in Argentina. The company, led by Javier Enrique E Crotto, Fernando Muro De Nadal and Marcela Barroso in 2017 recorded $700 Million revenues.
