Saeta Yield secured the refinancing of Carape I and Carape II wind farms in Maldonado department Uruguay from IDB Invest, Banco de la República Oriental del Uruguay and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.

Saeta Yield, S.A. generates, transmits, and distributes electricity. The company operates 16 wind farms with a total capacity of 539 MW; and 5 solar thermal plants with a total capacity of 250 MW in Spain. The company also operates Carape I and Carape II wind farms with a total capacity of 95 MW in Uruguay; and 9 wind farms with a total capacity of 144 MW in Portugal.
