Canada Goose in Secondary Offering of 10 million Subordinate Voting Shares


Ropes & Gray acted as US legal counsel to Canada Goose Holdings Inc. in the cross border public offering of 10 million Subordinate Voting Shares by certain Selling Shareholders.

The sale price represents an increase of 405% from the company’s 2017 initial public offering price of US$12.79 per share and an increase of 3.4% from the company’s most recent secondary offering price of US$62.42 per share in June 2018.
