Brighte Capital Pty Ltd’s A$15.5 Million Capital Raising


Ashurst has advised fintech Brighte on their fourth equity capital raising.

The current round of fundraising has seen Brighte secure A$15.5 million from a suite of investors led by AirTree Ventures, with existing investors including Atlassian co-founder Mike Cannon-Brookes’ Grok Ventures, Atlassian co-founder Scott Farquhar and Kim Jackson’s Skip Capital and the Milgrom family’s investment company, as well as a new investor, Qualgro Partners.

Brighte provides credit products that finance the purchase of solar and energy related products, and this latest round will enable their expansion into the broader home improvement industry.
