Boco Rock Wind Farm’s AUD$210 million refinancing

White & Case LLP has advised MUFG and a syndicate of five lenders on the AUD$210 million refinancing of the Boco Rock Wind Farm, a subsidiary of Electricity Generation plc (EGCO), in New South Wales, Australia.

The financing was underwritten by MUFG and syndicated to Commonwealth Bank of Australia, ICBC, ING, Societe Generale and National Australia Bank.
