Binance’s Acquisition Of CoinMarketCap

Kirkland & Ellis advised CoinMarketCap on the deal. Paul Hastings LLP advised Binance.

CoinMarketCap, a leading industry data site, entered into an agreement to be acquired by Binance, the operator of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by market volume.

Under the terms of the agreement, Binance will take full control of CoinMarketCap’s website. Financial terms were not disclosed.
