Bell Canada’s $600 Million Notes Offering

The notes were offered in the United States under the SEC’s Multijurisdictional Disclosure System for Canadian issuers.

Bell Canada, Canada’s largest communications company, provides advanced broadband wireless, TV, Internet and business communication services throughout the country. Founded in Montréal in 1880, Bell Canada is wholly owned by BCE Inc.
