Banque Centrale de Tunisie’s €700 Million Eurobond Issuance

Dechert advised Banque Centrale de Tunisie (the Central Bank of Tunisia), acting on behalf of The Republic of Tunisia, on the deal.

Banque Centrale de Tunisie issued €700 million 6.375% Notes due 2026. The seven-year Euro-denominated debt offering was oversubscribed.

This bond issue is the result of a Roadshow carried out by the Minister of Finance and the Governor of the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT) in the various international markets as part of the financing of the 2019 budget needs.
