Bank of Montreal’s $1.75 Billion Medium-Term Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented BMO Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs & Co., Citigroup Global Markets, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Morgan Stanley & Co. as lead underwriters in connection with Bank of Montreal’s registered public offering of $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of its 3.300% senior notes due 2024 under its U.S. medium-term note program.
