AVIC International Holding’s $300 Million Bond Offering


Baker McKenzie advised BOC International, HSBC, Guotai Junan International, Bank of China, ICBC and CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited on the deal.

AVIC International Holding Corporation completed the $300 million bond issuance.

AVIC International Holding Corporation operates as a holding company. The Company, through its subsidiares, engages in defense primes, aviation, trading and logistics, real estate, and industrial investment businesses.

BOC International was the sole global coordinator, and HSBC, Guotai Junan International, Bank of China (Hong Kong), ICBC (Asia) and CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited were the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the transaction.
