Arcor S.A.I.C. finalized a Rule 144A/Regulation S notes offering of an aggregate principal amount of an additional $150 million, which was a further issuance of the $350 million 6.000% fixed-rate notes due 2023 originally issued on July 6, 2016, under Arcor’s $800 million global short- and medium-term note program.
Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Santander Investment Securities Inc. acted as initial purchasers.
