Archer Hotel Capital B.V.’s Sale Of Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel and Conference Center


Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised Archer Hotel Capital B.V. on the sale of the 757-room Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel and Conference Center.

Archer Hotel Capital was established in December 2018 by its shareholders APG Strategic Real Estate Pool NV and Jasmine Hotel Pte Ltd, which is an affiliate of GIC Real Estate Pte Ltd. Its portfolio comprises hotels located in major cities across Western Europe, which were formerly part of the Host Hotels & Resorts European joint venture.
