Applied Materials’ $1.5 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Applied Materials, Inc. executed its offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 1.750% senior notes due 2030 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.750% senior notes due 2050.

The offering was underwritten by a syndicate of investment banks led by BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
