ANGI Homeservices did not receive any proceeds from the sale. ANGI Homeservices Inc. has created the world’s largest digital marketplace for home services. The company, led by Craig Smith, Glenn H Schiffman and William Brandon Ridenour, in 2017 recorded $736 Million Revenues.
