Anatomic Studios’ SEK 4.5 Million Investment Round

MAQS has advised Anatomic Studios.

Anatomic Studios, a Malmö, Sweden-based manufacturer of on demand, customized prosthetic products, announced securing a SEK 4.5M ($520k) capital investment round.

The funding was provided by private investors from Sweden, including Wellstreet and the tech company Edument. Money will be used to create a business and take the company’s products to the market.

Anatomic Studios, founded in 2015 by Emelie Strömshed and Christian Veraeus, produces custom designed prosthetic covers made via 3D printing. Anatomic Studios creates highly personalized fitting and cosmetic solutions. This disruption of the prosthetics industry has been possible thanks to the company’s extensive research and development work, and the inclusion of the client in every step of the development process.
