Ambipar’s R$941 Million Initial Public Offering

Ambipar Participações e Empreendimentos S.A. (“Ambipar”) executed the initial public offering of 38,028,987 common shares (excluding common shares to be sold pursuant to the underwriters’ over-allotment option) on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3) at a public offering price of R$24.75 per common share.

The offering raised R$941 million in gross proceeds to Ambipar. The common shares were offered to certain qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A in the United States and to non-U.S. persons outside the United States in reliance upon Regulation S. Ambipar’s common shares began trading on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3) under the ticker symbol “AMBP3” on July 14, 2020.

Ambipar provides services related to waste management and recovery, prevention, training and emergency assistance through more than 150 operational bases located in more than 15 countries and territories.
