Altman Vilandrie & Company’s Merger With Solon Management Consulting

MA-based Altman Vilandrie & Company completed its merger with Munich-based Solon Management Consulting to form Altman Solon – the world’s largest strategy consulting firm focused on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors.

Founded in 2002, Altman Vilandrie & Company delivers services in strategy, operations, go-to-market, and capital markets to TMT sector clients. Solon was founded in 1996, and offers a similar set of consulting services to TMT clients in Europe and Africa. Altman Solon’s U.S. headquarters is based in Boston, MA, with additional offices in New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, London, Milan, Munich, Paris and Warsaw. The merger of the two firms solidifies a previous decade-long partnership.
