DWF has advised Allvotec Limited on the acquisition of ISG Technology from private equity house, WestBridge.
Allvotec Limited, which delivers and supports end-to-end technology and communications services, has acquired ISG Technology, which provides network design, deployment and management services for multi-site clients in the UK.
Allvotec was advised by a team of lawyers from DWF led by National Head of Corporate, Frank Shephard (Picture) with his team: Katy Philips (corporate), Rebecca Gargary (corporate), James Cashman (tax), Alex Tolcher (tax), Emily Snape (employment), Nicole van Leenen (data protection), JP Buckley (data protection) and Alexander Szehidewicz (banking).
