Alarm.com’s $265 Million Secondary Common Stock Offering

Certain affiliates of Technology Crossover Ventures (the “Selling Stockholder”) completed the offering of 5,616,451 shares of common stock of Alarm.com Holdings, Inc. (“Alarm.com”), representing all of the remaining shares of Alarm.com common stock held by affiliates of the Selling Stockholder. The Selling Stockholder received approximately $265 million in proceeds before expenses from the offering.
