AerCap Holdings’ $1.25 Billion Senior Notes Offering

AerCap Ireland Capital DAC and AerCap Global Aviation Trust, subsidiaries of AerCap Holdings N.V. (“AerCap”), completed the offering of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.5% Senior Notes due 2023.

AerCap intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including to acquire, invest in, finance or refinance aircraft assets and to repay indebtedness.

Morgan Securities LLC, Santander Investment Securities Inc., Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., Fifth Third Securities, Inc., Regions Securities LLC, and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. acted as underwriters for the offering.
