AEP Texas Inc’s $600 Million Senior Notes Offering

AEP Texas Inc completed a $600 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.10% senior notes offering.

AEP Texas is a subsidiary of American Electric Power Company, Inc. (“AEP”) and is part of AEP’s transmission and distribution utilities segment. AEP Texas is engaged in the transmission and distribution of electric power to approximately 1,049,000 retail customers through retail electric providers in west, central and southern Texas.
