Adwanted Group’s Acquisition Of SRDS Platform


Baker McKenzie advised Kantar in its divestment of its SRDS platform to the Adwanted Group.

SRDS’s data is used by ad agencies and brands to compare online and traditional media across business, consumer and geographic audiences.

Adwanted offers media companies a quick and easy way to market their advertising space; and gives advertisers and their agencies access to book and purchase this advertising space online.
