Advarra, Genstar Capital portfolio company, announced the intent to acquire Forte, a portfolio company of Primus Capital.

Advarra is a leading provider of institutional review board, institutional biosafety committee and research quality and compliance consulting services to hospital systems, academic medical centers and clinical trial investigators.

Forte provides software and services for clinical trial management, clinical data management and research administration for cancer centers, academic medical centers and health systems.
