The Board of Directors of Acsm Agam S.p.A. has approved the signing of a lease contract for hydroelectric plants with A2A S.p.A., until the expiry of the related concessions (2029) for a consideration of € 5.6 million per year.
In detail, the agreement concerns a hydroelectric plant located in the municipality of Gravedona (CO) in via Regina di Levante, with a net installed electrical power of 12.7 MW; and a hydroelectric plant located in the municipality of Corrido (CO) in the San Pietro Sovera area, with a net installed electrical power of 2.6 MW.
The transaction was therefore resolved with the aim of replacing, with regard to the two plants leased, the contracts already in place and instrumental to the management of the plants themselves, merged into Acsm Agam following the merger with A2A Idro4 Srl , which had previously signed them with the parent company A2A SpA, with a long-term contract that gives stability to economic flows, also in relation to the price and / or climatic dynamics that occurred in the years 2018 and 2019.
