Weil provided legal advice to an infrastructure fund managed by Aberdeen Standard Investments, a European asset management company, in connection with the acquisition of 55 Poland-based solar farms with an aggregate capacity of 54.6 MW from Chinese developer ReneSola.
This is the fourth and so far the largest portfolio of solar farms acquired by ASI in Poland. Weil has acted as ASI’s legal counsel in all four transactions.
