$530 Million Loan for Brooklyn Point Development


Fried Frank acted as counsel to Extell Development Company in connection with its US$530 million mortgage and mezzanine financing for Brooklyn Point, a 68-story residential tower in Downtown Brooklyn.

The Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed condominium tower is located at 138 Willoughby Street and includes luxury apartments and more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. It will be the first for-sale residential property at City Point, the largest food, shopping, and entertainment destination in Brooklyn.
